Who we are
Locked In is the agency responsible for the personal information collected through this website and any related services. If you have a question about your information, email us at np@flexfitnessgym.co.nz.
What we collect
We collect information you give us directly — for example, when you fill in the contact form or send us an email. This usually includes your name, email address, and anything you choose to tell us about your project.
We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This helps us keep the site working and understand how people use it.
How we use your information
We use personal information to reply to your enquiry, to deliver work you have engaged us for, to keep records required for tax and other legal obligations, and to improve our site and services. We do not use your information for any other purpose without telling you first.
How we store and protect it
Your information is held on systems operated by reputable providers based in New Zealand, Australia, the United States, and the European Union. We take reasonable steps — including access controls and encryption — to protect it from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.
Sharing with third parties
We share personal information only when it is needed to do the things described above — for example, with the email, hosting, and analytics providers that run our site and tools. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing by other companies.
Where information is held overseas, the providers we use are required to protect it to a standard comparable to New Zealand law.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to measure how it is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to delete it where we are no longer required to keep it. To make a request, email np@flexfitnessgym.co.nz. We will respond within twenty working days.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, contact us first at np@flexfitnessgym.co.nz so we can try to resolve the issue. You can also complain to the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the “last updated” date at the top.
